If I make an online reservation, how can I know whether it is confirmed or not?
There are two types of reservation forms one is group and the other is corporate. Clients can fill the form whichever is applicable to them. Be sure to include your full name, telephone number, email and details of your request. You will receive a confirmation letting you know whether your reservation has been confirmed or not.
How do I view or cancel a reservation that I reserved online?
You can e-mail or make phone calls requesting to cancel the reservation. You will have to quote the request number given to you for cancellation. Cancellation request has to be made one week prior to the booked date.
Can I delay my check-in time for 24-hours or more?
Your check-in can be extended for 2-hours. If we don't receive any intimation for late check-in then it automatically remains cancelled and it will remain open for other clients. On request we can extend the check-in for 4-hours. But there will be no concession on the rate.
I am traveling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?
If you are traveling with a child, this may affect your accommodations. When making a reservation, please make sure to indicate the number of adults as well as the number of children. If you should have any concerns or special requests, please contact the office directly.
What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?
If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. However, for bookings requiring ten or more rooms, it would be best to fill out our Group Reservation Form and inquire about group discounts that may be available.
Does the hotel accept pets?
On request we can allow pets which depends on certain rules and regulations. For further queries regarding the same you can contact the office directly.

What is the policy about lost and found items?
A lost and found counter is available in the guest house. Should a guest lose any items whilst staying in our guest house and if the item is recovered, it will be recorded in this area.
We will make a detailed record of all found items, and will store any found items for a maximum of three months. After this period, all unclaimed items will be handed over to the nearest Police Station.
Should hotel guests need to locate any item after the initial three month period expires, they are requested to contact our office directly for assistance in coordinating with the police station where the found items are handed over. The police will then advise the necessary procedures to locate any item.
Is Internet access available at the guest house?
All Guestrooms are equipped with WI- FI internet facilities which is the speciality of our Guest house.
